Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between Airotor Labs [set legal entity name] (“Airotor Labs”, “we”) and the organisation that uses Airotor Live (“Client”), together with every person who signs in under the Client's account (“User”). By signing in you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If a signed order form or contract exists, it takes priority over these terms where they conflict.
1. The service
Airotor Live lets a Client connect cameras (helmet cameras, phones, drones, IP cameras) and watch them live in a web dashboard, alone or several at once. It shows live video only; nothing is recorded or kept by us.
2. Accounts
- Airotor Labs creates each Client organisation and its first admin. Client admins create and remove their own Users.
- Keep passwords secret, and never share accounts. Tell us at once at [set SUPPORT_EMAIL] if you suspect misuse.
- The Client is responsible for everything done under its Users' accounts, and for removing access when a person leaves or no longer needs it.
3. Client responsibilities
- Use cameras only for lawful purposes such as workplace safety, supervision and operations.
- Before filming anyone, give them clear notice of what is filmed, why, and who can watch. Put up signage at sites, and obtain consent where the law requires it.
- Comply with the DPDP Act, 2023, labour and occupational-safety laws, and any agreements with workers or unions.
- Mount helmet cameras without weakening helmets or other PPE. Use protected batteries, and remove any device that overheats or gets damaged.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Data protection
For live video, the Client is the Data Fiduciary and Airotor Labs is its Data Processor. We will: process video only to deliver it to the Client's authorised Users; keep it confidential; apply the security measures in our Privacy Policy; help the Client answer requests from people who were filmed; tell the Client without delay about any breach affecting it; and delete the Client's cameras and accounts when the Client's account ends.
5. Fees
Fees, billing cycle and taxes (including GST) are as stated in the Client's order form or invoice. If fees are overdue, we may suspend the service after giving notice.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but live video depends on Wi-Fi, mobile networks, batteries and devices outside our control. Unless a written service level agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime. We may carry out maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
7. Not a safety-critical system
Airotor Live is a monitoring aid. It must not be the only safeguard for anyone's life or safety, and must not replace emergency procedures, supervision on site, or certified safety systems.
8. Intellectual property
The software, dashboard and firmware belong to Airotor Labs. The Client owns its video. We may use feedback the Client gives us to improve the service.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the service as set out in the order form, or otherwise on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend an account immediately to stop a breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, a security threat, or unlawful surveillance. When the account ends, we delete the Client's cameras and user accounts. Audit logs are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data; and (b) our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees the Client paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Indemnity
The Client will compensate Airotor Labs for claims by third parties, including workers, that arise from the Client's own filming, its failure to give notice or obtain consent, or its breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [set JURISDICTION_CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Users are asked to accept material changes when they next sign in. Questions: [set SUPPORT_EMAIL].
